The only thing missing was a spa, but overall, our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Super satisfied!

I had a great stay at this hotel in Flachau. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the slopes. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the slopes and start skiing right away. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and assisted me with any questions or requests I had. Finally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I especially liked the fact that the shower was separate from the rest of the bathroom, providing privacy and convenience.

We had a fantastic New Year's stay at a hotel in Austria. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, only a short distance from the ski lift and the town center. We also enjoyed the free parking, which made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas.

The room was quite basic and lacked certain amenities, such as a kettle and glasses for drinks. Additionally, the noise level from the nearby road was a bit disruptive at times. We also wished that the room had better temperature control, as it was sometimes too warm. it was a pleasant stay, but improvements could be made to the room features.
